Jets: Week 12 Recap
As week 12 takes shape there were many storylines revolving around the Jets. For starters, Zach Wilson makes his return after missing 4 games due to a PCL sprain, and this was a very winnable game for the Jets. Both teams heading into this game were 2-8, so you would have to think both fan bases had hopes of winning this week. Once again, this was a close game, and it ended with a Jets win! There were a few highlights and lowlights of the game, starting with Zach Wilson. Wilson was sort of in the middle of things; he didn’t play particularly well but he also wasn’t bad in any way. Posting up 14 completions for 145 yards with no passing touchdowns and an interception isn’t the ideal statline, but topped it all off with a rushing touchdown near the middle of the game which redeemed his poor passing efforts. The win boosted the Jets record to 3-8 as they go on to play the Eagles at home next Sunday.
